Mount Elbrus is where Zeus chained Prometheus to punish him for having given fire to humans. At the end of the Cold War, an international task force had to be set up to monitor and prevent the dissemination of Soviet weapons of mass destruction.
After a decade of successful cooperation, the Committee receives worrying signs that Pakistan is starting to trade its nuclear technology to catch up with India.
